Will be placed in Mangga Dua Area – Central Jakarta
Main Responsibilities :
- Checking stock movement and propose stock requirement
- Managing stock movement efficiently
- Making import cost calculation for each Purchase Request (PR)
- Making Purchase Order (PO) & other procurement’s process
- Looking for goods with the specification’s required
Other Responsibilites :
- Follow up shipment progress for outstanding PO & inform to related other unit
- Process all purchase request
- Managing product certification
- Managing import matters if needed
Requirements :
- Male, Single, maximum age 27 yrs old
- Live in around Central Jakarta, North Jakarta or West Jakarta
- Minimum education = D-3 or same level in any related field
- Have own motorcycle and driving license
- Fresh graduate with any related subject is welcome to apply
- Able to work as a team and have a good communication skill
- Having an interesting personality, workharder & careful person
- Uphold integrity and unreliable person
- Having a work experience in the same position at least 1 year is an advantage
- Having a good character and attitude
- Able to work under pressure, very tight time schedule and achievement oriented
- Having skill in computer applications as MS Office (excel,word,etc)
- Fluent in english both oral and written
